Cadet Conference and Ball 2024

Conference: 0900hrs – 1730hrs

Ball: 1800hrs – 2130hrs

There will be a short General Assembly that will include Cadet Milestone Awards followed by a seminars and activities.

We will finish the day will be the Cadet Ball and we arranged Musicale Entertainment for the Evening.

The CAC will be sending out more information about this spectacular event that they have planned for you.

We will open the registration shortly so watch out for that email.

NJWG cadets,

On behalf of the Cadet Advisory Council and the whole planning team for the 2024 Cadet Conference and Ball, I regret to inform you that the conference has been rescheduled from the original date of 16 March.

The contracts with the venue and the catering company were not approved in time for a date in March to be possible. After evaluating a number of options for a new date, the planning team has determined that the new date for the Cadet Conference and Ball will be Saturday, 11 May 2024. Further promotional information and details for registration will be sent out in the coming weeks.

For those who applied to be staff for the Cadet Conference, your applications are still valid and the schedule is currently being developed. If you submitted a staff application but have a conflict on 11 May, please reach out to me via email. Otherwise, no action is required.
